newly released EPA
standards and practices for
conducting Phase I
Environmental Site
Assessments. This rule was
issued for public
comment on August of 2004.
The discussion will
focus on changes to the
practice of conducting
Phase I Site Assessments.
Speaker
Jeff McLeod, CHMM, is
an EH&S consultant with more
than 19 years of
experience providing a wide range of
EH&S services to
diverse clientele. Jeff has conducted
numerous Phase I Site
Assessments for a wide variety of
projects including
commercial, industrial and
transportation. Jeff
is a long-standing member of all the
Alliance's sponsoring
organizations and has held various
offices in each.
